TEN Stars hands down!! Dr Gregory and his entire staff from the one who answered the phone the first time I called to the ones who greeted me from the front desk as well as the ones that worked in the medical rooms behind the scenes and alongside Dr Gregory were ABSOLUTELY fantastic! This is not an exaggeration either. Use them and see for yourselves. This was my first time using them and when I called to set up my consultation the woman on the other line sounded so happy and eager to help me. I actually hung up the phone with a big smile because their joy was so contagious. Wonderful first impression! When I went in for my consultation the ladies at the front desk radiated joy, peace and kindness once again! This TOTALLY helped my anxiety decrease because I am not a fan of the dentist (hence the reason I am seeing an oral surgeon lol). The same experience with the front desk on my second interaction was consistent on my third interaction with them. Outstanding customer service! They were punctual with my scheduled times for my appointments on both visits which is usually unheard of in my experience at other practices. This tells me that they try to value and respect my/your time. The surgery I had done on me while under anesthesia was two teeth extracted one wisdom and one other that was not. I MUST say that was the most painless procedure that I NEVER expected lol. Totally was a first for me. Complete surprise!! PHENOMENAL job all around!! Dr Gregory and his team like Sylvia, Ashley (and the others which I apologize for not remembering your names) took the time to explain everything in such great detail before and after my procedure plus an added bonus, even called me once I got home to ask how I was recovering after my surgery. This is a step above in my book. I thank you for the excellent bed side manners Dr Gregory as well as your team displaying excellent bed side manners too. That is an art that is lost in most health practices. Your dental office is refreshing to say the least. I will end with this... my mouth/teeth feel great! Little to no bleeding and as of right now which is about 17 hours after surgery I haven't had pain thanks to the thorough instructions. Thanks to all for helping me overcome my fear of having work done on my teeth. I wish your business an abundance of continued success in Jesus name. Blessings.
