Office staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have made several calls to see about having images transferred over so I didn't have to pay $300 for CT images already done. First, they insisted they couldn't open images unless they came through Invivo. Then I had to basically beg for an email address. The referring office sent the referral twice but Gregory's office claimed they didn't get it. I finally emailed both offices asking for images and referral to be sent again and to copy me when it was emailed. I called Gregory's office today on 8/29/25 to ask if they received everything finally. I was told very bluntly that they do not accept any outside imaging. The doctor may be great but I'll never know because the office staff is terrible.

It was my first visit to the dentist and the staff is so sweet and kind and caring and my doctor that I seen he is superb he's so kind he listened to you he made me smile I have a smiled in a long time and I will be going back to get my mouth worked on I will be so happy when I go back I love the staff I love the office it's so pretty and clean and they have cappuccino there I look forward to going back 💕😘💕

I had been ill with constant dizziness/ vertigo for nearly 3years. I had seen 15 Doctors! I finally ended up with a few impacted teeth. I was sent to Dr. Gregory, and I am so truly thankful, as he literally saved my life. There was an infection in my jaw that had been growing for years and of course it didn’t show up until after the teeth were removed. He sent a sample to U.T. Southwestern and I was immediately sent to the infectious diseases department. I had huge lumps on my jaw and head! I had NO idea that this was life threatening. I had surgery and they got all the infection out and NO MORE DIZZINESS! I literally have my life back! Had he not sent that sample, I would have already lost my life. Dr, Gregory and his staff are amazing! And If you have to go to the hospital I recommend U.T.Southwestern, and the food is amazing! I’m 69 years old and had never been in the hospital, and I have to say it was a great experience. There will never be enough thank you’s for my life!
