I love the service from very beginning. Dr. Mark has been very professional and curteous. I was very skeptical about the implant process as a whole in the beginning. I am so glad i did choose this clinic for my implant need. I got two implants at the same time and i healed very good. Front desk ladies, viki and lacy are very nice and patient too. This was a easy going appointment for a procedure that's scary for a mother and child. The doctor was on time and prompt. Everyone was so warm and friendly. They took good care of us. The office is nice, it smelled really good, and was super clean.

I would not go to any other oral surgeon in the world. Top notch Dr and staff. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Post op was awesome.They even saved me a $1000.00 as compared to my own dentist. I would highly recommend, as I already have!

I was referred to Dr. Mark Gregory by my dentist. My first impression during my initial Dental consultation last month was awesome. I was very impressed with the warm welcome greetings from the Front Office team and the knowledge and experience of explaining the Dental Implant process from Melissa and Dr. Gregory was very good. I knew right after my 1st visit that I wanted my Dental Implants done by this office. As I had the procedure done on 1/6, I was a little nervous about having this surgery, but Dr Gregory and his amazing surgical team made me feel at ease and they kept telling me 'I was in good hands and they would take good care of me!'. With that being said, I would recommend anyone to this great Irving office. Keep up the great work!!!

The whole process was a lot faster than I had expected which is fantastic. From my consultation date to appointment. The staff certainly made me feel welcome and were all very friendly. On the day of my appointment I only had to sign a paper then take a seat but as soon as I sat down I was already called on. So basically no wait time at all! I didn't even feel the surgery and by the time I got out an hour hadn't gone by. Unfortunately due to the anesthesia I wasn't aware of what was going on so I didn't get chance to thank Dr.Gregory and staff for their wonderful and professional work. But I did get a call from them hours later to see how I was doing and was able to thank them then. But once again, thank you Dr. Gregory and all the associates as well for such a wonderful experience. I most definitely will be recommending this location!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gregory. He was professional and had a great staff of people who cared about me and my needs and didn't just see me as a number of people they needed to get through that day. I really enjoyed the spray that they used to numb my hand before inserting the IV. Even though its not a big pain at all without the spray, it just made the process that much more enjoyable. The staff educated my friend who brought me home very well, though I wish I was prescribed a larger dose of pain medication. My mom who is a 40 year nurse said that the dosage was not high enough for her liking, so i ended up taking additional generic pain meds on top of what was prescribed. I wish that the after care was explained to ME before the surgery and not just to my roommate who took me home. That would have made me feel better and to know what to expect.
